I voluntarily desire to register as an amateur soccer player in the Rochester
Soccer Club (RSC) Leagues. I understand soccer is a contact sport.
I agree to hold RSC and the outdoor/indoor leagues, its officers, organizers,
volunteers, referees and players free from liability for any injuries I may incure.
I further understand that RSC has liability but not medical insurance.
I have read and agree to follow all League Rules and Guidelines. I
understand that referees are to officiate game play, and that I am responsible
for my actions before, during, and after the soccer games. Indoor leagues don't
have refs.
